Patrick W. Gilmore made the following motion:

"I move that the minutes of the previous meeting (April 21st through 22nd, 2014) be approved."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

"I nominate Officers as follows: Nikos Mouat for President, Scott Ehnert for Vice President, and Chris Caputo for Secretary/Treasurer."
