"I move that the minutes of the previous meeting (March 22nd, 2010) be approved."

"I nominate Officers as follows: Nikos Mouat for President, Jared Reimer for Vice President, and Chris Caputo for Secretary/Treasurer."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

Chris Caputo made the following motion:

"I move that the following are now voting members of the SIX.:

Fiber Internet Center, LLC
LocalTel Communications, aka Northwest Internet"
