"I move that the minutes of the previous meeting (October 2-4, 2008) be approved."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

"I move that the following are now voting members of the SIX.:

Applied Operations, LLC"

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

Chris Caputo made the following motion:

"I move that Nikos Mouat and Chris Caputo be authorized signers for the Bank of America xxxxx803 account."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

Chris Caputo made the following motion:

"I move that a Bank of America "Risk Free" Certificate of Deposit be created using between $35,000 and $40,000 in funds from the xxxxx803 checking account."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.
