Nikos Mouat made the following motion:

"I move that the following are now voting members of the SIX.:

Noel Communications Inc.
Signal Telecommunications, Inc.
Towerstream
VeriSign Inc"

The motion was seconded. Chris Caputo moved to amend the motion to include "Tulalip Tribes of Washington". The amendment was seconded and the amended motion carried, with Jared Reimer abstaining due to a conflict of interest.

Nikos Mouat made the following motion:

"I move that the following be removed from the membership list since they have departed.:

DreamTank
EarthLink, Inc.
GameRail
Techline, Inc."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.

Nikos Mouat made the following motion:

"I move that the minutes of the previous meeting (April 23rd, 2008) be approved."

The motion was seconded, there was unanimous consent and the motion carried.
